This specification covers one type of M-1 toxicological agents protective footwear covers. Intended Use: The footwear cover is intended for use over regular or protective footwear in conjunction with the M-3 Toxicological Agents Protective Coverall. Footwear covers are to be used in pairs; however, there is no distinction between left and right. All footwear covers in the same size are interchangeable. The cover will fit over combat, hip, and knee boots as follows:
